Blocking!

Oh yeah baby!!

I finished casting off this morning and then dashed into Croydon to get the "blocking mats" ;o) and then had a call from Mum to say they were on their way over ::EEEEEEEEEK:: so i had to dash home to tidy up and hoover as my home is in a state of some disarray due to me being totally shit at housework :o(

Anyway... parents arrived, we chatted a bit and then i got on with it! I soaked it in a sachet of something that i got in a swap for an hour or so to make sure it was all lovely and clean and smelled nice and was properly wet through and then i got to pinning it out and then i propped it up in the corner of the room to dry as unfortunately it took up more or less ALL of the living room floor!! Oh, to live in a slightly bigger house! lol
Luckily, there is a radiator in the corner so it didn't take too long to dry, but i'll leave it pinned out til the morning, just to be on the safe side ;o)
