Another FO!
Another Raisin Beret, this time it's beret shaped! I fudged some increases and decreases and it seems to have worked out OK!
It only took a couple of days to do, i do so love short projects! Finished it on Sunday morning, just in time for a walk round the show. I can confirm that New Lanark wool is very warm and not at all itchy for hats :oD

We have another finished object!
Raisin Beret for Beckery ;o)
Rather a quick knit, started it Tuesday evening and finished it Thursday (late) evening and it has been very happily received by it's new owner :oD
I wanted to make it in wool as it will still be warm when it's wet, and i wanted to try New Lanark too cos their colours are lovely and their prices are SO reasonable!! We tried to narrow down the colour choices and in the end i only got 6 colours, three natural wool and three of the wool-silk mix and i am not disappointed by any of them! The coloursare gorgeous, the silk mix is lovely and soft and they re both lovely to knit with (i have since cast one on for myself ;o) )
I will definitely be buying fromt here again, although obviously not too soon as i will have six balls to play with once my hat and another for Beckery is done :oD
