A Finished Object? Surely not!?
Well, actually, yes it is! I finished it Mum's last week wehn i was there visiting :o) It's only 6 strips wide, and adult lap length but it's the perfect size for a small child to snuggleunder :o)

Weekend crochet

So, we spent the weekend up by Stansted airport at a very nice little show called Air & Water: Elemental and in between wanderings and awakenings i managed to get some crochet done :o) For more on VW shows and my "other" life see my other blog ;o)
This is E's blankie so far, two completed strips and one with two rounds to go. I LOVE Mile-a-minute! I couldn't possibly ever crochet or knit a complete blanket, i would get sooooooooo bored after about an eighth of the way through! But MaM means i only have a stript to do and join them as i go along so i get a big project done, but in small chunks :oD
Happy Days!
I am using the same colours as i used for M's blankie, but in a different pattern so they'll know whose is whose. I want to get it finished ASAP as it was meant to be done last year but other things keep getting bumped up the list *lol* I'm trying to get as many UFO's finished up or re-assigned as possible, i have so many things started and i don't get round to finishing anything! Time for a spring-clean both in the house and in the stash!! When this is done i have two Pantas to knit for friends which are left over from last years orders and then they are all done. I think that's all the projects for friends done then other than K's dress which will be next, she wanted it ready for summer and i want it out of storage to make room for something else!
