Mum had an appointment at the hospital today, for her latest check-up and the results are still good! She's been given the all clear and doesn't have to go back for a YEAR!!
We are all very happy with this news and very thankful too. The news could have been so very different :o(
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and friendship over the past few months, it's not been easy but i got through it because of you and for that i shall be forever in your debt.
A very ambiguous thankyou, i grant you, but i don't feel it appropriate to have a role call. Lots of different people have been there for me, some in ways they didn't even realise and some who really made an effort to make me smile and to listen to me when i needed an outlet. Seriously, i think i would have succumbed to the "big black dog" had it not been for some rather fabulous people.
