GK! Goodies :o)

Just some piccies of my lovely haul from GK! on Saturday.
Two skeins of Fleece Artist "Sea wool" in shade Paris, i will be using it with the skein of Marine that Joan sent to make the "Ivy Trellis Lace Stole" which i also bought and i'll be using the Addi lace needle to make it with. Carol helped me decide which colour to use as they didn't have any Marine there, the Paris has the same teal and purple shades in it and what we (she) decided i should do is knit a section of Paris, then two rows each of Paris and Marine, then a section of Marine followed by a section of two repeats followed by a final section of Paris. Hopefully the two row repeats will help the colours blend together and make it look less "blocky"

I also bought some fleecey stuff, i really don't know why, only that i was seduced by the bright colours and fluffy texture ;o) I will try my hand at making a felted fabric to cut up and sew. I think i can remember how to do it after my session at Coombe Martin zoo, in fact i still have the fabric i made then downstairs somewhere...

Hiding up there in the corner is a single skein of LL in "Devon", i rescued it from the orphans basket, along with a skein of "Sassy Stripes" which i will show you later as it's currently on the needles being made into ankley socks :o)

So this is where the GK pics were hiding. Gorgeous stash there. I'm planning to get some Seasilk when I go tomorrow.
